Basic Check – BIOS/UEFI * Ensure the onboard LAN controller is enabled in the BIOS. * Update BIOS to the latest available version from Dell’s support page. * Reset BIOS to defaults and retest if issue persists. 2. Re-run ePSA * Sometimes a failed POST device error is transient. * Boot to diagnostics again (`F12 > Diagnostics`) and confirm if the error repeats. 3.
